Shutterfly (SFLY +1.7%) acquires MyPublisher, a provider of online photo book publishing services based on proprietary software, for an undisclosed sum. Shutterfly touts the natural synergies between MyPublisher's offerings and its own online photo product platform. News of the deal come ahead of Shutterfly's Q1 report, due tomorrow afternoon.
