Medical device maker Integra LifeSciences (IART -6.2%) sells off after reporting Q3 revenue of $202.2M (+8% Y/Y) and EPS of $0.77; the latter was in-line, but the former missed by $1.95M. Integra, which says it's facing a "challenging selling environment," is also lowering its 2011 EPS guidance range to $2.88-$2.96, from a prior range of $2.92-$3.02.
