Yahoo (YHOO +1.6%) makes another small talent/technology-focused acquisition, buying out Web/mobile to-do list app Astrid. Astrid, which claims 4M users and supports syncing between its Web and mobile apps, says its service will run as-is for 90 days, after which changes may take place (Yahoo has shut down other apps it has bought). The service complements Yahoo Mail and Calendar. (other acquisitions: Summly, Jybe, Stamped, Snip.it, OntheAir.
