Hill International (HIL +18.7%) posts double-digit gains after Thursday's earnings report. Consolidated fee revenue increased 23.5% Y/Y to a record $122.6M, operating profit was $4.7M (compared to a $2.7M loss last year) and EBITDA rose a ridiculous 2,479.9%. "We had a much-improved Q1 this year," CEO Irvin Richter said flatly. "Strong revenue growth" and cost minimization have earnings "headed in the right direction," he added. (PR)
