Oil continues to gush from the Gulf of Mexico spill, raising the possibility that it may surpass the 1989 Exxon Valdez disaster, which poured 260,000 barrels of crude into Alaskan waters. Analysts say the cost of the spill could exceed $14B, which is bad news indeed for BP (BP -1.9%).
