The Chart of the Day is Splunk Inc (SPLK). I found the stock by sorting the All Time High list for frequency in the last month and skipped the stocks that didn't have gains in the last week and month. Then I used the Flipchart feature to review the stocks. since the Trend Spotter signaled a buy on 2/7 the stock is up 20.82%.
