This is a follow up to my earlier update on the BMC settlement. The occ published their settlement memo last night. The link is HERE
If you had an equity or option position (long or short) be aware of the payment into (or out of) your account. If you don't get paid, send the OCC memo to your back office and they can take it from there.
I believe ARTC will follow a similar timeline arc to final payout also.
And thanks to JB - an independent trader friend of mine - who called the OCC and legal teams constantly until they finally coughed up OUR cash. Apparently this was sitting in escrow for several weeks as the parties argued over some paperwork.....AT
