Challenges present themselves to Israel. However, I wonder why the title of this article focus' totally upon Orthodox Jews and not equally Arabs. One must not only compare the state of Arab Israeli's with that of their Jewish counterparts, but must also compare Arab Israeli's with their Arab neighbors in majority Arab states. The question should equally be poised in both directions. Secondly, you might ask How much intellectual property do Israeli Jews produce annually and then compare that to the aggregate total of all Persian, Arab and Islamic states in general? The facts might provide a lot of answers as to who can employ who, and why?

Israel and Jerusalem are The Jewish State. Whether you date that according Torah's Abrahamic claim according to biblical chronology. Even if you choose to disregard the prior, you must at minimum accept it around 332BC when Alexander the Great, after having destroyed the libraries of Alexandria, demanded that the Hebrew Older Covenant books translated into Greek. At literary historiographical minimum Israel's claim on it's current land and much more began 1000 years prior to Muhammad's founding of Islam in the 7th century AD. According to the basic rules of evidence in any Western Court, Israel, the seed of Abraham, Issac and Jacob have the first primary claim on the current land that they now inhabit.

Respecting someonelse's religion and faith does not mean that I must become absurdum incognito as to the meaning and significance of a 1,000 to 3,000 years of prior claim upon property, land and civilization. No matter how hotly it is contested, and how many persons turn this clear cut matter into controversy, the historical and geographical facts are what remains stubbornly immovable.

Persons of Judeo and Judeo Christian faith ought not cast their history, literature and geography away in order mesh with the Hegelian and existential mush brains in America and other declining Western powers. In fact if there is any concept of history and literary integrity by Western standards of historiography, then Israel has the first and current claim to ALL of the land that it currently occupies. Israel's first responsibility should be to its own historic people. Most others give more than quiet burp about them.

Does anyone ask How Phillipino's fare in Saudi Arabia? Are Catholic Phillipino's equal in Saudi Arabia?

JERUSALEM _ Israel's central bank chief said Monday that demographic changes such as aging and the growth of Arab and ultra-Orthodox Jewish populations were threatening the country's long-term growth prospects and called for a continued increase in their employment.

Karnit Flug said the low employment rate among ultra-Orthodox men and Arab women in particular was hindering growth and while both segments were showing increased employment, without a drastic change Israel would suffer compared to other developed nations.

Arabs make up about 20 per cent of Israel's 8 million citizens. The ultra-Orthodox are about 10 per cent. Both are among the fastest-growing segments of society. The bank's demographic forecast predicts that within 50 years, Israel's non-ultra-Orthodox Jewish population will drop from the 70 per cent to just 50 per cent.

Ultra-Orthodox men often avoid the workforce and collect welfare stipends while continuing to study religion full time. Due to its high birthrates and unemployment, the ultra-Orthodox community is among the poorest in Israel. Ultra-Orthodox leaders insist their young men serve the nation through prayer and study, thus preserving Jewish learning and heritage. They say outside forces are putting their ancient brand of Judaism under siege and that integration into the secular military and workforce will undermine their lifestyle.

The previous government passed landmark legislation that aimed to gradually incorporate the ultra-Orthodox into the military and boost their employment figures. Now, with the insular ultra-Orthodox parties back in government, they are determined to roll back those measures.

Arabs, meanwhile, complain of poor education systems and lack of employment opportunities compared to Israeli Jews.

A separate Finance Ministry report warns that these trends could lead Israel toward Greece-style bankruptcy. The report says that if Israel fails to integrate the ultra-Orthodox and Arabs into the workforce, government revenues will increasingly lag behind spending as tax revenues shrink
