    • Citing indications of sluggish motorcycle sales trends, KeyBanc's Brett Andress cashes in his chips on a Buy call for Harley-Davidson (HOG -1.4%). Alongside that call, Andress ups Brunswick (BC +1.6%) to a Buy, seeing better momentum in boat sales. Supply constraints could damper sales of the company's SeaRay boats, but the stock - off 10% YTD - has already priced in that concern.

    Brunswick (BC) names William Metzger as its new CFO. Most recently treasurer of the company, succeeding Peter Hamilton, who is retiring in February 2013. Metzger will report to chairman and CEO Dustan McCoy. The change will take effect in March. Shares -1.3% AH.

    Brunswick (BC +4.1%) gains after its Q3 tops estimates on an 8% Y/Y jump in revenue. Net sales were higher across all product categories, particularly in its marine, fitness and bowling & billiards segments. Bottom line margins were also boosted by companywide fixed-cost and debt reductions resulting in the company's lowest debt level in over seven years.
