    • Crane (CR -2%) is downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform with a $67 price target, down from $77, at FBR, which says it was "underwhelmed" by CR's 2015 end-market outlook presented at the company's analyst meeting yesterday.
    • The outlook appeared optimistic and perhaps failed to fully bake in emerging weaknesses across end markets, the firm says, believing end-market headwinds could result in near-term choppiness with expectations needing a reset to lower levels.
