    • Ellman's annual revenues run rate is ~$25M. The transaction is expected to be accretive to Cynosure's EPS by Q1 2015.

    Cynosure (CYNO) says it's completed its acquisition of Palomar Medical Technologies. CYNO purchased Palomar in a cash and stock transaction for around $287M, issuing approximately 6M shares and paying approximately $146M in cash.
