                                Bought $DNP at 10.28. Premium hasn't been this low (2%) since 2008. Premium reached 40% in 2012.

                                  : Note DRIP..ing $DNP is the way to go..DNP offers up to 5% discount on reinvestment pricing. Not all CEF's offer the DRIP discount.

                                      : Very similar...but no other company I know of has a track record of never varying it's dividend payouts. We also hold DUC, HIX, MIN, & HYB
