    Shares of Endeavour (END +72%) skyrocket after the oil and gas company says it completed the acquisition of the additional 23.43% working interest in the Alba field in the North Sea from ConocoPhillips (COP). As a result, net proceeds from the 2018 notes offering have been released from escrow.

    Endeavor (END) agrees to buy out ConocoPhillips' (COP) interest in three U.K. oil fields in the Central North Sea for $330M. The energy concern says the transaction adds "significantly" to its two existing U.K. development projects, which are slated to start production in 2012. Shares of COP -2.3% premarket, END inactive.

    Endeavour (END -8.4%) trades lower after announcing earlier today it's acquiring the leasehold and producing interests held by SM Energy (SM -2.4%) in the Marcellus shale in north central Pennsylvania, as well as a pipeline and related facilities for $110 million.
