    Gol Linhas Aéreas (GOL), Brazil's second-largest airline, is in talks to sell an additional 17% stake to Delta Airlines (DAL) as it struggles with rising costs and a reduced ability to invest, according to a Brazilian newspaper. GOL +2.9% premarket.
