    Keynote (KEYN), a provider of Internet and mobile cloud testing and monitoring products, has agreed to be acquired by P-E firm Thoma Bravo for $395M, with the $20-a-share offer representing a 48% premium over Keynote's closing price of $13.51 on Friday. Keynote's shares are +47% premarket at $19.80. (PR)
