    Knology (KNOL), a cable operator serving markets in the South and Midwest, is being acquired by privately-owned peer WOW!  for $19.75 in cash. The transaction price amounts to $1.5B after accounting for Knology's debt. WOW!'s offer represents just a 9.4% premium to Knology's Tuesday close, but shares had already rallied on M&A hopes.
