- LightInTheBox (LITB) acquires Seattle-based social e-commerce firm Ador for an undisclosed sum.
- Ador's team will join LITB as its first U.S. office, with CEO Mark Stabingas assuming the position of President at LITB and Quinten Shay Senior VP. In conjunction, LITB co-founder's Kevin Wen and Liang Zhang will become Executive VPs.
- Stabingas previously was GM of Amazon Payments, VP of Business and Corporate Development, and VP of Finance for Amazon's U.S. retail business. Shay formerly led Amazon's international tech team.
