    Mistras Group (MG -11.7%) falls lower after announcing it expects FY13 revenue to come in at $529M, a mark which falls below the consensus estimate of analysts calling for $533.4M. The company says product shipments are below expected levels.

    More on Mistras Group (MG): FQ3 comes in mixed, beating on revenue but coming up short on a per share basis. Net earnings fell 9.4% Y/Y on higher overall costs. The company also cut its full-year guidance to a range of $75M to $80M, down from its January forecast of $78M to $85M, citing a challengin business and economic environment. Shares -6% AH.

    Mistras (MG -3.9%) dips after KeyBanc downgrades the shares to Neutral on valuation. The firm still sees long-term growth potential, but over the near-term says the stock is fairly valued. The stock has been on a steady tear, having doubled in value over the past year.

    Mistras Group (MG), a provider of technology solutions for evaluating the integrity of infrastructure, gains 5.3% AH after reporting FQ1 revenue of $91.4M (+34% Y/Y) and EPS of $0.11; the latter is in-line, but the former beat consensus by $10.3M. The company is affirming its prior guidance for FY12 revenue of $375M-$390M. (PR)
