While $MRIN has strong PPC position, that is stagnant secular business. Major lack of innovation at that company. Too slow to video/mobile.

: Thanks YAV...Interesting that they reported a deal is unlikely and unfounded

: interesting that GS would point to the ad tech thats held up the best. It would seem that some bargains would exist in the other ad techs.

Anybody else hearing $MRIN buyout chatter? I believe that a deal is imminent. My bet is on $ORCL as the acquirer.

: Where did you find it? Today, MRIN actually went down a lot.

: Nothing specific, just speculation. Bad day for marketing cloud names. $WDAY valuation concerns, which I mentioned a week ago in an article.

How clueless are analysts on technology? Greg Dunham @GoldmanSachs suggests a "rotation" from $MRIN to $DWRE. Not even related businesses.

: When bad news can't move a stock down, you know you are near bottom. Saw it last week with $NILE, very similar situation to $MM. Now way up.

: Possible, but I don't see it going above $3 for a few weeks.
