    Mueller Water Products (MWA +12.7%) rises after posting a solid revenue beat and swinging to a FQ2 profit of $0.05 per share (the company reported a net loss of $0.70 per share in 2012's Q2). Overall, sales increased 12.6% Y/Y, while revenues in the Mueller Co. segment jumped 21.7% as shipment volumes of valves, hydrants, and brass products all rose — operating margins in the unit climbed 670 basis points.
