    • Starboard Value discloses a 13.2% stake in Insperity (NYSE:NSP) and the delivery of a letter to the CEO and board with its plan to create significant value for shareholders by cutting expenses and buying back stock. The company should also explore a sale, says Starboard.
    • Among the expense cuts: The sale of its two corporate jets and allocating advertising money away from expense TV advertising and golf and other sport-related events.
