Base station component maker Powerwave Technologies (PWAV) warns Q3 revenue will be in a range of $75M-$79M, far below a consensus of $168.4M. The company blames weakness in both North America and international markets, and a "reduction in activity" with the company's OEM customers. Shares are (unsurprisingly) halted AH.
