With archrival Oracle (ORCL) releasing its Fusion cloud apps and acquiring cloud CRM firm RightNow (RNOW), SAP says it's forming a plan to expand its own offerings in the space. Though SAP has been gaining share against Oracle, its slow embrace of cloud software could prove a weakness: SAP's cloud business currently accounts for less than 1% of its annual revenue.
