    Regeneron (REGN -3%) slips after the IG's office of the Department of Health and Human Services recommends that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid establish a national payment code for Roche's (ROG +0.2%) Avastin. The IG also recommended that doctors be educated about clinical and payment issues related to the drug.

    Rogers (ROG) opens -9.3% after it cuts its Q4 guidance for adjusted EPS to $0.22-$0.32 from $0.43-$0.53 previously, due to continued slowing in demand in the wireless infrastructure market. However, Rogers, which provides specialty materials for the industry, expects orders to return in H1 2012. (PR)
