    Pandora (P +6.8%) gets a bump higher after the company says Toyota (TM +0.6%) will offer an embedded version of the personalized radio service on its 2012 Camry and 2012 Tacoma models. The Camry is the top-selling car in the U.S., and the move fires a shot across the bow of Sirius XM (SIRI +4.4%) in the competition for in-vehicle listeners.

    Sirius XM (SIRI +6.2%) is shooting higher after the company reaffirms its 2011 guidance, and guides for 2012 revenue growth of 10%, adjusted EBITDA growth of 20%, and free cash flow growth of 75%, to $700M. The market-pleasing guidance comes a month after Sirius lifted its 2011 free cash flow forecast.

    Pandora (P +3.7%) shares are rebounding a bit today but are well below their $16/share IPO price. Rich Greenfield, who told investors to stay away from the IPO, hasn't changed his tune, citing several factors, including new or improved digital music offerings from competitors Clear Channel (CCO), Spotify and Sirius (SIRI).

    Fund manager Craig Hodges (HDPMX) thinks Sirius XM (SIRI) shares could quadruple to $8. Hodges likes the economies of scale built into built into the company's business model, and doesn't believe online streaming services such as Pandora (P) are a major threat. Sirius XM reports earnings tomorrow.

    Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO -0.8%) takes on Pandora (P -3.7%) and Sirius (SIRI -1.1%) with a new online and mobile service called iheartradio. The firm says with its 850 radio stations it will offer listeners access to more songs than rivals, and the service will run without ads for the rest of the year.

    Howard Stern's lawsuit is the last thing Sirius XM Radio (SIRI -3.8%) needs, so Wunderlich Securities cuts its rating to Hold from Buy and reduces its target price to $1.65 from $2, asserting that “SIRI’s current stock market valuation likely cannot accommodate the uncertainty engendered by the suit - even if it ends up being meritless."
