    • Voya Investment Management has agreed to invest in Solar Capital's (NASDAQ:SLRC) Senior Secured Unitranche Loan Program.
    • The JV is expected to invest mostly in middle market senior secured unitranche loans sourced by SLRC's origination platform. Voya's initial equity commitment is for $25M. Once the portfolio is built up, the program is expected to lever up 1.5x-2x.
    • With Voya's addition, SLRC initiative has $625M in equity commitments.

    • The new program lasts for one year or until $30M worth of company stock has been repurchased. Under the previous program which expired more than a year ago, SLRC bought back $56.6M of its stock.
