    A consortium led by Siris Capital Group agrees to acquire TNS (TNS), a provider of data communications and interoperability technology, in a deal valued at $862M including debt. Siris is offering $21/share in cash, representing a 44% premium over TNS's closing price of $14.56 yesterday. TNS may solicit acquisition proposals from third parties for a 30-day "go-shop" period.     TNS (TNS +15.6%) shares soar after issuing full-year and Q1 guidance that top analyst consensus. The data communications company swung to a Q4 profit as revenue improved and a higher tax provision weighed on year-ago results. TNS also says COO Mike Keegan would take on the added role of president.
