Arctic Cat (ACAT) buys back $79.3M worth of shares held by Suzuki (SZKMY.PK) in an all-cash move that reduces the number of outstanding shares of the firm to 12.3M from 18.4M. The company plans to continue to use Suzuki as a supplier for its snowmobile engines.
