  • David White: Both ACI and PCX are up nicely today. Both have high short interest. Many other coals with low short interest are down. HFT effect??

  • David White: ACI has about 10% short interest. Worse fundamentals than BTU. I am beginning to think some of these ratings have more to do with HFT effect
