  • May 3 Airgas (ARG +1.1%) names COO Michael Molinini to replace leading shareholder Peter McCausland as CEO. McCausland, who has held the position for 25 years, will stay deeply involved with Airgas as executive chairman and will oversee M&As. The company also announced its FQ4 today and increased its dividend by 25% to $0.40.
