    Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY) acquires Linen Holdings for $105M in a deal slated to close in FQ2. The company says the deal won't have a material impact on FY12 earnings.

    Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY) acquires Cost Plus (CPWM) in all-cash transaction for $22 a share. The company says the addition will be "slightly" accretive to FY12 earnings. Shares of BBBY -2.2% premarket.
