Friday, September 7, 2012, 10:23 AM 2012 IPOs Infoblox (BLOX -14.2%) and Envivio (ENVI -17.4%) get crushed after posting disappointing earnings reports (I, II). While Infoblox's FQ4 results were decent, the network management software firm's mixed FY13 guidance (revenue of $195M-$202M and EPS of $0.04-$0.07 vs. consensus of $194.8M and EPS of $0.11) isn't going over well. Tuesday, May 15, 2012, 2:14 PM Infoblox (BLOX -2%), which had a solid IPO last month, trades lower after Morgan Stanley and Goldman start coverage with neutral ratings. MS thinks Infoblox's valuation already reflects high expectations, and "beat and raise quarters" aren't guaranteed in light of Cisco's guidance. After pricing Its 7.5M share offering at $16, shares opened at $22.50 and are currently at $22.11, up 38%. That's good for a market cap of $972M.
