Friday's Options Report: C, WM, CCJ, LNG, PDLI, LTD [view article]
Hedgefund options scammers have a new game, since the SEC is perpetually out to lunch. Witness heavy call buying in TIE, float a buyout rumor, 1 day ahead of Alcoa earnings, which was a guaranteed miss, retail gets sucked in, the "Boyz" UNLOAD their calls, a bagholder's delight.Witness CCJ, same thing, even though there is NO WAY CHINA BUYS even part of the Canadian -protected mine, Parliament would intervene, have to approve it.hese same options scammers, (scumers?) are already unloading their calls. CNBC Fast Money pimps are in this scam, using public airwaves for personal gain. Reply

Albert,I think you are correct to point that out. CCJ is currently trading at a price/book value of 4.8 not .8. Maybe they meant price to enterprise value which is under 1 but .95 not .8. So I am not sure where they are pulling this number either. I am long CCJ Reply

YRCW- I agree with Metzinger, I don't want to be there either, it's in a tail spin for sure, YRCW has focused on China and have forgotten where they started, the sudden retirement of YRC transportation president Maynard Skarka and the take over by Mike Smid CEO of YRC North American Transportation is questionable at best, but that is Bill Zollars, (AKA "Big Dollars Zollars") right hand man, the question now is, can Mike Smid handle both positions, not likely, he will be too busy playing CEO. Albert, if this will help you - Cameco, a couple of years ago, was an energized trading vehicle, with a high beta, and a joy to trade. Then it got tired and became a wallflower, and barely moved at all. Subsequently it lost favor more and more. I have been thinking, for about six months, that this company is a bargain. It was a class act once, and I think the time is very ripe for CCJ to become the star of the commodity show. As to the highly technical stuff, I am not that smart. But the bottom line is - Just maybe CCJ is one heck of a bargain now. I have been considering buying some , and I have a feeling that those insiders on Wall Street bought it at the bottom. That's how they get rich. ReplyUranium Miners Expected to Benefit from Falling Inventories [view article]
FP Trading Desk, "Cameco currently trades at 0.8 times net asset value [NAV]" Anybody can make a mistake, so could you fact check this statement, confirm the number or correct it and show us your calculation.? Thanks. ReplyUranium Miners Expected to Benefit from Falling Inventories [view article]

I agree with you. Great long term investments are out for nuclear stocks when you look at the trends from a macro view. I like CCJ and the ETF NLR. Buy some and put it away. You should be very happy in with the returns long term. ReplyChina Olympics: 5 Investment Ideas [view article]
I bought some HMIN about a month ago as the story is really quite interesting .. Mid-priced clean hotels with wireless - Kinda like Holiday Inn Express here in the US... Gotta admit though, it's been pretty rocky .. In all honesty, I wouldn't be too surprised to see no real gain - Possibly the income issues as noted in the article have been already been priced in..Thx jegan ;-) Reply

After ignoring the first part of this article...China..blah.... garbage..etc..The last few paragrphs concerning uranium spoke to me acquisitive heart! CCJ is vastly undervalued and it is a "safe have" resource...meaning..Ru... cannot steal it...Worth considering. ReplyChina Olympics: 5 Investment Ideas [view article]
