Monday, May 20, 5:38 PM Carnival (CCL) -4.5% AH after warning it expects 2013 EPS of $1.45-$1.65, below prior guidance of $1.80-$2.10 and a consensus of $1.97. The cruise line operator says its net revenue yield will be down 2%-3% in 2013, worse than prior guidance for flat growth, thanks to soft ticket pricing, higher-than-expected trip cancellations, and higher sales/admin costs. Monday, April 15, 5:57 PM Carnival (CCL) will voluntarily reimburse the U.S. Coast Guard for its efforts in assisting two cruise ships which caught fire and became stranded in 2010 and in February of this year. Wednesday, April 3, 4:17 PM Carnival (CCL) confirms that high winds have caused one of its ships, named the Carnival Triumph, to break loose from its mooring at BAE Shipyard in Mobile Alabama. Some reports are saying crew members might be in the water. It's now resting against a cargo vessel.
