Ad woes, first seen in print media, then TV, have now spread to billboards: Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) this morning swung to a Q1 loss, with EPS of -$0.25, exceeding the $0.18 loss expected, on a 25% drop in revenue. On Thursday, rival CBS (CBS) said its billboard business, which had been its most reliable growth area, swung to a loss and saw revenue slump 24%.
