- Wednesday, April 10, 8:07 PM Central European Distribution (CEDC) says its impaired creditors have voted overwhelmingly to accept a reorganization plan, giving the green light for the plan go before the Delaware Bankruptcy Court in May. If approved, CEDC says that Roust Trading will make an aggregate $5M payment to all existing stockholders in April. The financial restructuring should eliminate approximately $665.2M in debt from CEDC's and its related affiliates balance sheets. Shares -4% AH. 1 Comment [Global & FX, M&A, On the Move]
- Tuesday, April 9, 4:19 PM An ironic turn in the Central European Distribution (CEDC) bankruptcy saga: Roustam Tariko's Roust Trading — which will control 100% of the restructured equity — announced today that it has informed the company of its intention to "make a $5M payment to all existing shareholders of CEDC" including (drumroll) Roust Trading. 4 Comments [Consumer]

- Wednesday, March 27, 5:08 PM In the battle to restructure Central European Distribution (CEDC), a consortium backed by Stoli vodka maker SPI and shareholder Mark Kaufman says their deal is "objectively superior" to a competing proposal put forth by CEDC chairman Roustam Tariko. One key difference: Roustam's plan will pay 2013 bondholders (like himself) $172M while the consortium's proposal favors 2016 creditors. Comment!
- Thursday, March 21, 5:00 PM Beleaguered vodka maker Central European Distribution (CEDC -8%), which is in the midst of a restructuring, has received a new proposal from a consortium of investors which includes Stolichnaya Vodka owner SPI Group. The offer: $280M in cash and $650M in debt in exchange for 100% of the restructured equity. 7 Comments [Global & FX]
- Wednesday, March 20, 8:44 AM Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) says it believes a third-party restructuring proposal is inferior to a proposal brought forward by Roust Trading Shares of CEDC have fallen over 85% YTD amid restructuring turmoil. Comment! [Consumer, Global & FX]
