Five Biopharma Companies Drop on Negative Drug News [view article]
Zyprexa has generated a lot of bad press for Eli Lilly and they still have unresolved Zyprexa settlement claims.Eli Lilly is 'reaping the whirlwind' for aggressive marketing of Zyprexa that has caused suffering and deaths.
Zyprexa is being avoided by doctors they aren't prescribing it for new patients at all anymore.

I agree with paviov, However I would like to know about the new developments the phase II and III studies that are going well, where is the advancement taking place, how close to a cure, what company has the potential winning drug ?? ReplyCell Genesys, Inc. Q1 2008 Earnings Call Transcript [view article]
Thanks for transcript. News seems very positive but I wish Steve would not raise money from institutions on very goods for the institutions without giving longterm shareholders the chance to participate. I am talking about the money raised at $4.22 including warrants to buy shares at $10. ReplySix Significant Gene Therapy Stocks [view article]
CEGE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO HIT $8.00 T0 $8.50 THIS YEAR AND THE SKYS THE LIMIT IN 09. ReplySix Significant Gene Therapy Stocks [view article]
I'd say CEGE has the best chance to be multi-bagger. I've been watching ISIS for quite some and may pick up some shares later this quarter. ReplyAntigenics, Dendreon and Cell Genesys Find Hope in Overseas Treatment Approvals [view article]
Utter nonsense is a good discription of razormd's contribution. Where are the facts to support his position? ReplyCell Genesys’ GVAX: A Multi-Trick Pony [view article]
Hi Ethan,Thanks for the kind words.
I don't think there will be any new meaningful data on the conference call . I think that the partnrship is already priced in but predicting short term performance is very hard with this type of companies.
The comapny is going to present data on its oncolytic virus program in bladder cancer next month at the AUA2008, so it looks like the nearest potential catalyst (positive or negative).

Hi Mr. Hammer,I too liked your article and found it very informative. If I may ask, do you expect CEGEs stock to rise or fall after the May 1st conference, compared to the high 3s it currently is trading at?

Thanks.Overall the deal is positive given market conditions. Neverheless, I think they could have got this deal at least one year ago and save a terrible year for investors.

Why the DNDN slam? at least they are running double blind randomized studies unlike CEGE...who are data mining experts. You Mr. Shulman are an idiot! ReplyAntigenics, Dendreon and Cell Genesys Find Hope in Overseas Treatment Approvals [view article]
Utter nonsense!...getting drug approval in Russia and many other companies is nothing more than a matter of seeing that the appropriate amount of silver crosses the right palms...they could care less the ultimate consequences...and although the FDA is strict, they NO doubt SAVE many more times the number of lives with their protocols than lose lives due to a POTENTIALLY beneficial therapeutic not making it through the sieve!...and were they not so strict we would be overrun by every kind of charlatan drug pusher and quack device scam imaginable at a financial cost to consumers of who knows how many billions. This report should be in the front page of all news paper. FDA here to kill the americans and to get bribe for the politician. ReplyRussian Roulette Pays Off for Antigenics [view article]
