valueinvestor20: Don't think there will be material compliance cost. Some pullback in continuous care business - maybe a 5% hit to earnings. -
valueinvestor20: I would guess settlement is ultimately <$100mm which should not be an issue - company has unlevered balance sheet and is cash generative.
