  • May 25, 2011 P-E firm Golden Gate Capital orders the whole pie and agrees to buy California Pizza Kitchen (CPKI) for $470M. The $18.50 a share offer is an 11% premium to the restaurant's $16.71 close yesterday. Shares +9.8% to $18.35.
