Jefferies TR/J CRB Global Agriculture Equity Index ETF

The Jefferies TR/J CRB Global Agriculture Equity Fund is an ETF which provides exposure to the equity securities of a global universe of listed companies engaged in the production and distribution of agricultural commodities and agricultural commodity-related products and services in the following sectors: producers of traits (see characteristics attained through genetic modification), chemicals and fertilizers, farm machinery, equipment and irrigation, agricultural products, and livestock and aquaculture. The ETF seeks investment results that replicate, as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Thomson Reuters/Jefferies CRB In-The-Ground Global Agriculture Equity Index (the "Underlying Index").
