Under The Radar News - Tuesday [view article]
Hi guys. Thanks for your comments. If you click through to the link at the beginning of the mini-summary, you'll find the original Digitimes article which I summarized, in which BRLC is the only company mentioned. I have no position in BRLC. ReplyUnder The Radar News - Tuesday [view article]
Regarding Syntax;Interesting how you single out BRLC in the paragraph. What leads you to make the comment about without any research into the state of the company in light of the revised financing?
Do you have a position in the stock? I assume you are short in BRLC since you fail to mention your position.
Remember full disclosure?

Will Salesforce Be Threatened by Free Zoho People? [view article]
Why do you say tha Zoho is free? $50 is not free. There are cheaper solutions, tools, like Wrike.com for example, that can be a project management tool and a HR management software at the same time ReplyUnder The Radar News - Tuesday [view article]
In regards to your LCD info and Syntax-Brillian...Olevia only has one SKU at Circuit City and two at Kmart. At Target (their main retailer) there are very few returns of Olevia.
Why pick on Syntax-Brillian when talking about near BK vendors when Olevia has a very small exposure to them? Reply
RightNow Proves 'Software as a Service' Isn't Perfect [view article]
From a Wall Street perspective, it's awfully early in the game to make sweeping assessments of the SaaS business model. It's much easier to look forward and make predictions based on fundamentals. But what do we base our predicitons on? I, for one, would look very closely at comps on unit economics like COGS and Revenue per user as key indicators of future value. Reply

Did you forget your CFA training, i.e. Standard of Professional Conduct in that you need to separate fact from opinion [i.e. Standard V B.3 or page 105 of the 5th edition of the "Standards of Practice Handbook"].I'm sorry, but when you wrote: "the *fact* remains that this stock has a multiple that is extremely presumptuous." That is NOT a fact, that is YOUR OPINION of the company's multiple being "presumptuous.&qu...
Mr. Scheidt, if you advertise yourself as a CFA charterholder, you have to accountable to the Standards, and you should know better.

Understanding Salesforce.com's Blast Off [view article]
Agreed...CRM can plausibly say that they're not seeing scale because of the platform play, but wasn't force.com supposed to leverage what they already had in place? Reducing transparency ain't a great sign... ReplyJim Cramer's Stop Trading! 3/5/08: Tech Horsemen Beheaded [view article]

Sell sell sell a company at a P/E of 15, forward P/E of 11 and PEG of .75 - the gorilla in their space in admittedly the fastest growing part of tech? Yeah, Let's all do what Cramer says. ReplyLepoff, M.D.

Is this the same Cramer who was raving about AAPL and other tech stocks not so long ago? This is so typical of him. ReplyJim Cramer's Stop Trading! 3/5/08: Tech Horsemen Beheaded [view article]
When you refer to "non-Ambac", you try to explain what that is with the following:(meaning that the current rise has is not related to with the bond insurer)
Given the grammatical errors , could you explain your explanation? Reply
