    Nothing has changed and nothing has moved. IRET has support around 8.40ish, but just doesn't want to move higher. Not worried yet, and the yield is decent.DCT - same story different stock. Support around 4.10. I will not panic and jump out the window until I see 4, but then it is toast. More »

    Still just sitting there on the bun! At 7+% I can watch. Still looking for more secondaries and may swap a few even at a loss to keep the money in motion. By the end of this week the trade will get stale and the stops will start to be put in place.

    DCT was a secondary REIT play that has done nothing wrong. Paying 7.5% if people pay the rent and stop is around 4. Will keep it around and a first target under 5.
