Thanks, east coast -- we saw it. It gapped nicely and we have made no changes to the original model that got us to a $10 price target.company reiterated $40M for top line -- 2008, as well, this AM....and that's roughly in line with what we're projecting. This is one of those "buildup-breakthr... companies and it needs to be watched closely.
Orders are ramping nicely, so there's an buying opportunity here on the $11 to $9 pullback

Dan,I (We are) am patiently waiting your latest coverage on DGLY. You, solely, have been the only coverage out there on this fast growing company. RJ Faulkner has some info. but it seems to be rather dated.
We have tremendous accumulation going on this morning. I believe it can be attributed to the latest news on the renewal of a contract accompanied with some test sales of the new flashlight.
The future flashlight sales have a terrific upside that will begin to influence the bottom line. Also, the plans with the DVM 250 to reach other transit systems will ramp up growth of revenue and earnings for several quarters to come. Both will help to diversify this company's product line and provide multiple streams of income.
Thanks for the continued, excellent coverage and I see a big analyst joining us very soon. Just a prophecy!

DGLY reported today and it was what we were looking for:----------------------...
Co reports Q1 (Mar) EPS of $0.10 vs $0.01 a year ago. Revenue rose 150% yr/yr to $8.6 mln. There are no analyst estimates. Co says "We continue to see follow-on orders with larger quantities from many existing customers, while converting a high percentage of opportunities with new customers to our product.

J. Connor --1) thanks for the kind comments. Indeed, we are glad to be the only people @ SA who cover DGLY, and strangely, since there are no sell siders covering DGLY, we're getting pinged left and right by small hedge fund managers and major media journalists alike: the story is definitely getting some new attention....
2) As far as EPS goes, we are somewhat in line with what you've modeled, but we haven't capitalized any P/E expansion. The PE could expand, but we assumed a static PE off its earnings power to be conservative since DGLY is heavily levered to a few customers.....
