Enterprise Financial Services (EFSC) says it's repurchased the $35M in preferred stock it issued to the U.S. Treasury under the TARP. The company also plans to repurchase approximately 300K in stock warrants also issued to the U.S. Treasury as part of its participation in the Capital Purchase Program.
