After pricing its 21.3M-share IPO at $20 (below a range of $22-$25), shares opened at $19.04 and are currently at $19.15, down 4.3%. That's good for a market cap of $1.6B. The provider of conferencing and contact center outsourcing services posted 2012 revenue of $2.64B (+6% Y/Y) and net income of $125.5M (-2%). Monday, January 28, 3:42 PM 8x8 (EGHT -7.3%) shares are down today after inking a software licensing arrangement with CoSentry for its subscription-based Zerigo cloud software. Under the terms of the agreement, CoSentry will offer data services to clients in a number of markets across the U.S. In turn, EGHT will receive installation fees as well as an ongoing monthly subscription fee to use the software over a 12-month period in all CoSentry data centers. Also, revenue churn rose to 2.6% from a record low of 1% in FQ2, something the VoIP/videoconferencing service firm blamed on terminated or reduced services for 6 customers.
