The Bank of New York is the trustee. You only may acquire, hold or transfer Europe 2001 HOLDRS in a round-lot amount of 100 Europe 2001 HOLDRS or round-lot multiples. Europe 2001 HOLDRS are separate from the underlying deposited equity securities that are represented by the Europe 2001 HOLDRS.
