ENGlobal (ENG -27.7%) is getting hammered after badly missing on its Q2 earnings results late yesterday. The miss puts the firm in violation of covenants under its new credit facility, generating some concerns about its near-term liquidity. KeyBanc cuts the shares to Hold on the back of the report, citing the liquidity concerns plus a lack of near-term visibility.

ENGlobal (ENG) reports a Q2 EPS loss of -$0.37 on revenue of $76.9M, missing Street estimates. Separately, the company also says it's in active discussions with its banks regarding the terms under which the defaults under its PNC Credit Facility and the Ex-Im Bank Facility may be cured or waived. If the company fails to obtain the cure or default waiver, the lenders may exercise any and all rights and remedies available to them under their respective agreements. (PR). Shares +2.9% AH.
