    • The Pentagon intends to focus exclusively on the main high-tech helmet for the F35 that is being developed by Rockwell Collins (COL) and Israel's Elbit Systems (ESLT), and to stop working on a back-up product that BAE Systems was designing.
    • The Rockwell-Elbit product has had its fair share of problems, but improvements such as a better night-vision camera allowed the Pentagon to make the decision, which will also save $45M.
    • The helmet uses data from the F35's cameras and other sensors in the visor to let pilots to virtually see through the wings and floor of the plane.

Earlier this year, Credit Suisse lost a bid to dismiss the suit, after a federal judge ruled that the Israeli defense contractor had provided sufficient information to claim the bank aided and abetted the crimes of former brokers Julian Tzolov and Eric Butler.
