FBM Description
The FocusTM Morningstar Basic Materials Index ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Morningstar® Basic MaterialsSM Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is a subset of the Morningstar® US MarketSM Index and consists of companies that manufacture chemicals, building materials and paper products. This sector also includes companies engaged in commodities exploration and processing.
