FEG Description
The FocusTM Morningstar Energy Index ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Morningstar® EnergySM Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is a subset of the Morningstar® US MarketSM Index and consists of companies that produce or refine oil and gas, oil field services and equipment companies, and pipeline operators. This sector also includes companies engaged in the mining of coal.
